What happens to negative reviews and can I respond?
Negative reviews are published to maintain transparency and trust. You can respond to any review via the Feefo Hub, and your reply will appear publicly within 24 hours. While you cannot delete genuine negative feedback, you can flag reviews that violate our terms (e.g., profanity or personal data) for investigation by our moderation team.
