Yes. All AI-generated responses are presented as drafts in the Feefo Hub. You have full control to edit, rewrite, or regenerate the message to ensure it is accurate and matches your brand voice before it is published.
How does Feefo handle negative reviews?
Negative reviews are published to maintain transparency and trust. You can set up alerts to be notified of low scores immediately and respond publicly via the Feefo Hub to resolve issues. While genuine negative feedback cannot be deleted, you can flag reviews that contain profanity, personal data, or are factually incorrect for our moderation team to investigate.
Is customer data sent to third parties or used to train models?
No. Feefo does not sell customer data to third parties. Our AI tools process data within a private, secure cloud environment, and all information is discarded immediately after use—it is never used to train external AI models.
