Hybrid working
Feefo has implemented a hybrid working policy designed to balance the benefits of both remote and in-office work. Employees work from home on Mondays and Fridays, providing them with the convenience and comfort of their home environment at the start and end of the workweek. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, staff are expected to be in the office, fostering collaboration, team cohesion, and direct communication. This approach aims to maximise productivity and work-life balance, ensuring that employees can enjoy the advantages of both settings.
