When will I get my first review?
It’s up to you when you choose to contact your customers. If you opt to send review requests to your most recent customers, you can start receiving reviews straight away. Once we receive the completed feedback request from your customers, we will upload it for display within 24 hours.
How can I respond to reviews?
You can respond to any reviews left by your customers within the Feefo Hub, which is where you mange and respond to reviews. Your response will then appear on both your own and Feefo’s website.
Where will they appear on my website?
Your reviews will appear on all product pages of your website, alongside the relevant product. Your Feefo star rating will appear on all pages of your website. You will also see the overall rating of your company, the service widget, on all of the pages of your website.
Can I remove reviews I don’t want to display?
All reviews will be available for customers to see. It’s important that customers have the opportunity to see all the reviews of your product, both positive and negative, as this transparency is what builds consumer confidence. However, if you feel a review is irrelevant or illegitimate you can raise it with our Support team, who will investigate it and remove it if need be.
