Can we move or transfer our existing reviews to Feefo?
In many cases, yes, but it depends on your current provider. Because we value the authenticity and integrity of our review ecosystem, we only import reviews that are genuine, unmanipulated, and not selectively provided to skew scores.
If your reviews are eligible, our widgets will display them clearly marked as "Third-Party Verified." Please note that not all platforms allow you to carry across your reviews once you leave, so we recommend checking your current provider's contract before starting the process.
What levels of onboarding are available?
Your onboarding support depends on your plan. Everyone has access to a wide range of self-service materials, including walkthroughs and cues within the hub. Higher-tier options include a dedicated implementation consultant who can run sessions for larger teams. Every customer is also able to speak to a member of our support team if they have a question or require help.
Do I have to contact all customers for feedback?
As a verified feedback platform, we require you to send review data without manipulation, meaning you cannot choose which customers you ask for feedback. It is also best practice to ask every customer for their feedback to truthfully showcase all customer experiences and provide you with the most effective data for your business. Being selective could damage the integrity of your brand and our reputation. Additionally, Google does not allow selective review collection.
If you prefer to collect feedback privately for internal learning, we offer that option through our Feedback Request Manager.
Can I show only positive reviews?
No. We value transparency and believe businesses should welcome all feedback. By addressing negative reviews publicly, you have the opportunity to show other customers that you have nothing to hide and that you care about resolving their problems. We do moderate reviews to remove offensive content or bad language. If a review contains something you consider irrelevant or litigious, you can flag it for our team to review manually. If my customer doesn't receive their invite, can they leave a review anyway?
If your customer doesn’t receive an invite to leave a review, they are able to leave a review on the Feefo website, as long as they can provide proof of purchase. Here is the form that customers can use.

Will I own the reviews?
A review is technically the property of the person who wrote it. By leaving their thoughts on the Feefo platform, a reviewer grants you and us an irrevocable license to use this content while you remain a Feefo customer. If you leave, you can take this content with you, subject to agreeing to a new license with us.
