FAQs

Can I choose the order the product or service forms appear?

The order in which each section appears in the feedback form can be applied through each campaign within the feedback form builder page. You can choose which section the feedback form goes through, split between product, service, and custom.

What dictates the language the feedback form will display in?

The form will display a language based on the locale provided in the sale entity. If none is provided, it will fall back to the campaign locale. If no language has been set for the campaign, it will fall back to the your merchant account locale setting.

Can you share feedback to Google My Business?

The share option to link through to Google is available but the content will have to be rewritten.

Does the feedback form support display of product images?

Yes, any valid and applicable product image will be displayed with the relevant product on the feedback form if a product section is included in the campaign.

Does the feedback form support display of a company logo?

A merchant logo/image is displayed at the top of the feedback form, as well as within the service section of the feedback form if the service section is included. This image pulls from the Feefo Hub, settings, brand profile, Merchant Logo Image. The image is set for the whole Feefo Hub account, and cannot be set per campaign.

How do product reviews differ from service reviews in Feefo?

Service reviews rate your business as a whole (delivery, support, etc.) and help you get stars on Google Ads. Product reviews rate the specific items you sell and help those products stand out in Google Shopping and on your own product pages.

Can I run a product-only or service-only campaign?

Yes. You can toggle these on or off in your Campaign Preferences. Service-only is great for brand trust, while Product-only is best for granular item feedback. Most Feefo merchants run both to maximise their visibility on Google.

How is form completion rate measured?

It is the percentage of people who left a review out of the total number of people you invited. You can find this in the Campaign Performance report in the Feefo Hub. To improve it, try using WhatsApp collection or adding Treefo as an incentive.

Can I A/B test different form designs?

Yes. You can create multiple campaigns in the Feefo Hub to test different subject lines, messaging, and sending delays. By comparing the Completion Rates in your reports, you can identify which design performs best and optimise your strategy accordingly.

Are forms WCAG / accessibility compliant?

Yes. Feefo forms and widgets are designed with WCAG guidelines at their core. We prioritise operability and understandability, using features like 5-point scales and mobile-optimised layouts to ensure our feedback journey is accessible to everyone.
