FAQs

Can I choose the order the product or service forms appear?

The order in which each section appears in the feedback form can be applied through each campaign within the feedback form builder page. You can choose which section the feedback form goes through, split between product, service, and custom.

What dictates the language the feedback form will display in?

The form will display a language based on the locale provided in the sale entity. If none is provided, it will fall back to the campaign locale. If no language has been set for the campaign, it will fall back to the your merchant account locale setting.

How confident do you feel with where the company is going?

We will begin in this chapter by dealing with some general quantum mechanical ideas. Some of the statements will be quite precise, others only partially precise. It will be hard to tell you as we go along which is which, but by the time you have finished the rest of the book, you will understand in looking back which parts hold up and which parts were only explained roughly.

Can you share feedback to Google My Business?

The share option to link through to Google is available but the content will have to be rewritten.

Does the feedback form support display of product images?

Yes, any valid and applicable product image will be displayed with the relevant product on the feedback form if a product section is included in the campaign.

Does the feedback form support display of a company logo?

A merchant logo/image is displayed at the top of the feedback form, as well as within the service section of the feedback form if the service section is included. This image pulls from the Feefo Hub, settings, brand profile, Merchant Logo Image. The image is set for the whole Feefo Hub account, and cannot be set per campaign.
