However, you can also use Insight Labels to manually tag reviews for specific internal tracking, or include Sales Tags in your data uploads to filter reports by store or category.
Can I create custom tags?
Yes. You can create unlimited custom Insight Labels directly in the Hub to track themes in your feedback. For filtering reports by business data (like store location), you can use Sales Tags by including them in your sales data uploads.
Which roles use Tag Analytics most?
