Discover Feefo's latest moderation interface enhancements and new default language settings for improved user experience and flexibility in customer reviews management.

 
A distinct and specialised field has been introduced to manage and control the default language settings for an account. This field, which plays a crucial role in tailoring the user experience, can be conveniently located on the Feedback Preferences page. Initially, this field is automatically populated with the language corresponding to the Business Country when a new merchant account is established. However, it is important to note that this field is no longer tied to the Business Country setting, granting users the flexibility to change it to a language of their choice post-account creation. This change in the field can influence the canonical URL on the merchant review pages, ensuring that the URLs reflect the selected default language. It is equally important to highlight that altering this field will not impact the languages configured in any existing campaigns, allowing campaigns to maintain their linguistic settings independently.
