Halfords teams up with Feefo to innovate their feedback strategy and customer support

Feefo, the leading verified-purchaser reviews provider, is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Halfords, the UK’s leading provider of motoring and cycling products and services. The contract was won following a competitive pitch process.

The new partnership not only brings Halfords customers guaranteed verified reviews, allowing them to make confident purchasing decisions but will also see Halfords innovate their approach to customer support with Feefo’s new Q&A feature.

Customer feedback is an integral part of Halfords brand strategy. The insights gained from listening to customers influence their brand and product development, so being able to trust the integrity of the review data is critical.

Halfords is one of the first to adopt Feefo’s Q&A feature, which enables a customer to ask a question to one of Halfords product experts, whilst remaining on the product page. The adoption of the Q&A feature further highlights Halfords expert-led and customer-first approach.
