The 2026 Feefo Trusted Service Awards: celebrating 12 years of excellence

The Feefo Trusted Service Awards (TSAs) are a cornerstone of our calendar. Every year, we look forward to celebrating the clients who don’t just meet expectations, but consistently go above and beyond for their customers.

Now in its 12th year, the TSAs remain a true reflection of dedication. We undertake a rigorous vetting process across our entire community, analysing thousands of interactions to identify the brands demonstrating genuine care. To ensure every award is earned, winners must meet strict criteria across our four tiers:

  • Trusted Service Award: Achieving a Feefo service rating of 4.0 to 4.4.
  • Gold Trusted Service Award: Achieving a service rating of 4.5 or above.
  • Platinum Trusted Service Award: The badge of consistency, awarded to those who have qualified for Gold for three or more consecutive years.
  • Exceptional Service Award: Our highest honour. This is awarded to those who achieve the highest average score in their category, or the largest score increase over three years, while outperforming the competition in review reply and response rates.

The TSAs are a literal badge of honour.
