Platform Update - Hub Navigation
A completely redesigned main navigation area (the Hub) has been released to make finding tools, settings, and information faster and more intuitive. This update offers reduced friction, improved efficiency, and a modern interface so you can spend less time searching and more time focusing on your core tasks.

Shopify De-brand
Due to recent policy changes from Shopify, we have developed a non-branded version of our widgets specifically for Shopify websites. This ensures continued compliance with Shopify’s requirements.

In Mail Feature Launch
This new functionality allows users to perform specific actions, such as approving requests or closing tickets, directly within an email without needing to open the main platform. The benefits include one-click workflows, a simplified user experience (minimising context switching), and better productivity while on the go.
