It looks like everything has gone through so let us officially welcome you to Feefo.

You should have received an email from us with your login details. If it's not come through yet, don't panic, just give it 15 minutes to reach you. The details will go to the email address you gave us at the beginning.

Whilst you wait for your login details, let us show you around your new dashboard.

To ensure that every review we collect is from a customer who has made a purchase with you, we first need you to send your sales data to Feefo. This is so we can verify that a purchase has been made before asking your customer to leave a review.

Don't worry, we've made it super easy to follow. Below is a quick video to show you how to do this.

We're sorry for the delay in getting you in to your new account. If you haven't received your login details to the email address you provided us when you signed up to Feefo, please call us on 0203 362 4209 so we can retrieve them for you.

How do I setup my Feefo review invitations to start collecting reviews?

To start generating valuable feedback for your business, you'll need to send your data to Feefo's platform. This data includes a list of your recent customers and the details of their purchases or interactions with your business. In cases where customers order multiple products in one order, each product is considered a separate line in the sales uploads, but the order information remains the same (e.g., order number, name, email). Feefo sends one email and one feedback form per order reference, regardless of the number of products in the order. If customers place multiple orders with different order references, they will receive separate emails. When Feefo receives your data, it can send feedback requests to the listed customers, providing them with a link to a feedback form where they can leave their review.

How do I display my reviews on my website?

At Feefo, we understand the importance of showcasing your customer feedback in a way that aligns perfectly with your business needs. That's why we've created a series of Feefo Review Widgets that you can place anywhere around your website. You can access your Widgets via the Widget Gallery in your Hub dashboard. Will I automatically be eligible for a Trusted Service Award?

To earn our exclusive Trusted Service Award, you will need to have collected at least 50 reviews between January - December, and have an aggregate score rating of 4.0 and above. To learn more about our Trusted Service Awards, please visit our web page.

I'm stuck, can I speak to a customer adviser?

Yes you can! All our clients have access to customer support. To reach our team, you can email support@feefo.com or phone 0203 362 4209 and select option 3.
