On Monday 30th June, we rolled out several updates to the Feedback Report to give clients more control, better insights, and a smoother experience. Here’s what’s new:
Third Tag Key Filter
- You can now filter by three tag keys, giving you greater flexibility in how you slice your data.
Child Merchant Filter
- Under Merchant Name(s), we’ve added a Child Merchant Name(s) option that automatically includes all child accounts for a selected parent.
- Want to focus on specific child merchants? Simply select them, and we’ll override the default.
- This select all/deselect all feature now works across all tag filters for easier filtering.
Show/Hide Child Merchants Toggle
In the Feedback Breakdown by Tag table, you can now choose to:
- Show – see feedback by individual child merchant
- Hide – view aggregated feedback at the parent level
Response Rate Now Included
We’ve added response rate to the Breakdown by Tag table. A few important notes:
- A 100% response rate might show when using filters that include only requests that received a response such as:
- Moderation Status
- Moderation Rejected Reason
- Insight Tag Keys
- To get a complete view (including unanswered requests), use Feedback Requested Date or Sale Date. Check the tooltip in the table for more details.
Rating Filter Update
- Filtering by Product/Service Rating (0–5) no longer affects the Breakdown by Tag table.
- Rating “0” (Not Yet Tried) counts as feedback and could previously skew response rates.
- To avoid confusion, this filter is now excluded from the breakdown table — but it still works in the tiles and Feedback Table.
These updates are designed to give client clearer, more actionable insights.
