Feefo will provide UK travel industry’s chief professional organisation with data-driven consumer insights and customer experience expertise
London, 20 January, 2021: The Institute of Travel and Tourism (ITT) the UK’s leading organisation for all professionals, suppliers, educators and students in the travel industry, is partnering with Feefo, the reviews and customer insights technology company.
Dedicated to raising and maintaining professional standards in the travel industry through high-profile events, networking and continued personal development and training, ITT is partnering with Feefo to bring its predominantly C-suite membership access to unique data insights and customer experience expertise. This will be delivered as bespoke content and statistics via video, podcast and audio and speeches at special events, including the annual ITT Conference scheduled for Istanbul in June.
