Feefo announces 2026 Trusted Service Award winners across retail, travel, finance, automotive and more

Now in its 12th year, the Feefo Trusted Service Awards recognise the businesses customers trust most, determined entirely by purchaser-verified reviews

[London, 20 February 2026] – Feefo, the leading verified reviews and insights platform, has today announced the winners of its 2026 Trusted Service Awards (TSAs). The TSAs are an annual recognition programme that identifies the businesses going above and beyond for their customers, demonstrated by the feedback of real, verified buyers.

Now in their 12th year, the TSAs remain one of the most credible service quality benchmarks available to UK businesses. Unlike self-nominated or judged awards, every winner is determined purely by the ratings they receive from their own customers through Feefo's verified platform, making the awards a direct reflection of customer experience, not marketing.

Four tiers of recognition

The 2026 awards span four distinct tiers, each with defined criteria, based on a minimum 50-review qualification:

  • Trusted Service Award – awarded to businesses achieving a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4.
  • Gold Trusted Service Award – awarded to businesses achieving a service rating of 4.5 or above.
  • Platinum Trusted Service Award – earned by businesses who have achieved Gold for three or more consecutive years, recognising sustained excellence rather than a single strong year.
  • Exceptional Service Award – Feefo's highest honour, awarded to the top 30 businesses across eight sectors and four categories, based on review score, score improvement over three years, and performance in review reply and response rates.

The Exceptional Service Award categories are: Small Business (up to 50 employees), SME (51–250 employees), Enterprise (over 250 employees), and Sustained Progress – with winners recognised across travel, retail (brick and mortar), retail (e-commerce), hospitality and leisure, business and professional services, finance and insurance, automotive, and property.

What the awards mean for consumers

The Trusted Service seal carries weight precisely because it cannot be bought or applied for. When a consumer sees a TSA badge – on a website, in an email footer, or in a shop window – they can be confident it was earned through genuine customer feedback, collected and verified by Feefo.
