What does it mean to win a Trusted Service Award?
Our annual awards recognise businesses that provide outstanding customer service. Winners are chosen based on their customer ratings.
To have won a Trusted Service Award a business will have fulfilled the following:
- Trusted – Collected at least 50 reviews and achieved a Feefo service rating between 4.0 and 4.4.
- Gold – Collected at least 50 reviews and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5.
- Platinum - Have won a Gold Trusted Service for three consecutive years.
- Exceptional Service - Our most exclusive customer service award. Winners have achieved the highest rating, or seen the biggest improvement, in their industry. Only 32 clients per year are awarded the Exceptional Service Badge.
