Every year at Feefo, we acknowledge companies that go above and beyond for their customers by rewarding them with a Trusted Service Award from one of three tiers: Trusted Service, Gold Trusted Service and Platinum Trusted Service.

What is a Platinum Trusted Service Award?

Businesses who earn a Gold Trusted Service Award for three consecutive years receive one of our highest honours for outstanding customer service. First introduced in 2019, a Platinum Trusted Service Award isa certified seal of approval that shows customers the value of their feedback through ratings and reviews.

According to our research, 96% of UK consumers use customer reviews in some way, and 64% read them before they make a purchase. A positive review can be the difference between securing a sale and losing a customer.

Winning a Platinum award earns you a worthy badge of trust and puts your brand alongside some prestigious companies. Our 2022 winners include:
