Since early versions of Feefo the platform included a capability for clients to export their feedback.
The capability of exporting unlocks a range of different use cases such as:
- Producing internal branded dashboards.
- Data analysis. Analysing and visualising data. (Excel, Google Sheets or BI Tools such as Power BI/Tableau, Qlik)
- Ingesting feedback into a data warehouse.
- Ingesting feedback into 3rd party tools.
- Reviewing feedback in bulk.
Historically the CSV file would be downloaded immediately to the browser from the Hub.
What is the change?
After the export feedback button has been clicked, Feefo will send an email to the associated address with your Hub account. The email includes a link (valid for 24 hours) which allows you to download a CSV file containing the feedback data.
