Pathway

Integration

Pathway is a specialised platform that automates marketing and transactional communications for insurance brokers, streamlining interactions with clients and prospects. By integrating Pathway with Feefo, brokers can seamlessly collect and showcase client feedback, enhancing credibility and build trust.

Integration with Feefo

Integrating Feefo into Pathway's automated workflows enables brokers to efficiently gather authentic customer reviews. Here's how the integration functions:

  • Incorporating Feefo: Within Pathway's email templates, brokers can embed a Call-to-Action (CTA) button that directs recipients to the Feefo feedback form.
  • Seamless review process: Clicking the CTA, clients are directed to the Feefo feedback form, where they can provide product and service reviews.
The embedded link
ensures that each review
is traceable back to the specific customer and policy, facilitating accurate feedback management.
  • Automated feedback requests: Pathway handles the dispatch of emails containing Feefo feedback links. The configuration of the feedback form itself is managed within the Feefo platform.
Benefits of the Integration
  • Collect private insights: At sensitive policyholder touchpoints, such as Claims or Cancellation, brokers can use Feefo to collect information privately, for internal insight only.

  • Improved credibility: Displaying genuine client reviews enhances the brokerage's reputation and builds trust with potential clients.

  • Streamlined feedback collection: Automating the feedback request process reduces manual efforts and ensures consistent collection of client opinions.

  • Automated campaigns: Pathway enables brokers to automate various campaigns, including document delivery, renewals, billing notices, welcome series, prospect nurturing, cross-selling, referral requests, claims updates, birthday greetings, and re-engagement with lost clients.

  • Triggers and actions: Campaigns can be initiated based on specific triggers such as document updates or uploads. Subsequent actions include unsubscribing contacts, adding them to specific workflows, sending email alerts, generating follow-ups (abeyances), updating contact statuses, and tagging updates.
  • Conditional logic: Pathway's branching logic allows brokers to tailor communications based on clients' existing policies or identifying coverage gaps, ensuring personalised and relevant messaging.
  • Multi-channel communication: Depending on the campaign's design, brokers can choose to send communications via email or SMS, enhancing reach and engagement.
