Setting up a Feefo integration
Feefo is a ratings and reviews platform that collects reliable and constructive customer reviews.
If you're a Feefo customer, you can include their star ratings and number of reviews in the HTML product blocks of your email templates:
Contact your Customer Success Representative to discuss commercials and enablement.
You'll need to provide your Merchant Identifier from Feefo to complete the integration.
There are two options available:
- Product ratings
- Business rating
Product ratings
Product ratings are the star ratings for individual products.
If there's no product rating available, Feefo uses the business rating as a fallback.
Business rating
Your business rating (or 'service rating') is your brand's overall rating from Feefo.
