How do I leave a dealer review on Auto Trader?

If you've bought a vehicle from the dealer, they may invite you to leave a review.

If they don't, or you've not bought from them, you can find the dealer and leave a review for them.

Not all dealers on our website have the option for reviews, so if you can't find them in the results, this could be why.

  1. Go to our 'find a dealer' webpage
  2. Search for the dealer you want to review in the search bar using their postcode
  3. When you have found the dealer in the search results, go to their page
  4. Go down to the bottom of the page and you'll find the option to 'write a review'.

After submitting your review, this will be sent to our partner Feefo who will review this before publishing.

Can I remove or edit a review I have left for a dealer?

Yes, please contact our review partner, Feefo, who will be able to help.

Why has my review been rejected?

If you've received an email that your dealer review has been rejected, it may have gone against our rules.
If you believe your review hasn't gone against the rules, please email autotradersupport@feefo.com

How long will it take for my dealer review to be published?

Your review will go through checks before being published.

We aim to process all reviews within 48 hours. We'll send you an email confirmation once your review has been published.
