How it works
Step 1
Take a few minutes and tell us about yourself and your interests. The more we know, the better.
Step 2
Once your profile is complete, we will match you with campaigns that fit your lifestyle and interests. You will be notified via email when a campaign is available to apply to.
Step 3
If you're selected for a campaign, when your product arrives, try it out and then look out for the invitation to send your honest feedback at the end of the test period.
Step 4
Your reviews are annotated with a message, letting our customer know that your review was received as part of a trial.

Why should I join?
Brands and retailers value your feedback about their products, and so do other customers. The Feefo Consumer Panel allows invited participants to provide honest and unbiased feedback on new or currently sold products to help others make informed purchase decisions.
How do I become a panelist?
Simply fill out the form. If selected to join a campaign, you will receive an email with further instructions.
Why do we need so much information?
We only want to match you to products and campaigns that are relevant. Such as, if you do not have pets at at home, we don't want to offer you pet food. The personal information will be used by the Feefo Consumer Panel only and not shared for marketing purposes.
Do I have to leave positive feedback?
No. We expect selected participants to write unbiased, honest reviews. There is no pressure or expectation to write positive reviews, and negative reviews will not affect your participation in future campaigns.
