Due to recent policy changes from Shopify, we have developed a non-branded version of our widgets specifically for Shopify websites. This ensures continued compliance with Shopify’s requirements.

This new functionality allows users to perform specific actions, such as approving requests or closing tickets, directly within an email without needing to open the main platform. The benefits include one-click workflows, a simplified user experience (minimising context switching), and better productivity while on the go.
