We’ve recently been looking to see how we could increase review invitation response rates. And we’ve created a new email template for the collection of Product and Service reviews that our tests have shown has boosted replies. 

We are delighted to be able to roll out these new templates in the next few weeks to all accounts that currently use the standard Feefo template. It’ll be done automatically, so there’s nothing you need to do.  

If you have:  

• Changed the wording on the email template we will transfer it to the new designs
• Customised your template by inserting a larger image you can continue to use this version and you will not be switched over to our new template unless you request us to do so by contacting CSM@feefo.com  

What changes did we make? 

• New template design for both product and service review invitations
• Optimised for mobile first
• Accommodates both dark and light mode
