Who are Feefo?
We're an independent reviews collection company. We make sure you can trust your money is well spent.
Businesses work with us to ask for feedback from genuine customers. That is, only feedback that is confirmed as from an actual purchase.
This means that when you read a Feefo review, you can trust that what you see is honest and accurate.
How we work
Once you’ve made a purchase with a Feefo client, they send us your email address so we can know it’s a genuine experience and so we can ask you for feedback.
We’ll send you a feedback request when enough time has passed for you to give an accurate review of your purchase. You fill out the form with your star rating and text about your experience. You may even be able to leave photo or video feedback.
This means businesses receive feedback they can use to help them improve, while shoppers gain access to reliable information that empowers their purchasing decisions.
We're not just collecting reviews; we're giving both customers and businesses a more transparent, trustworthy review experience.
Join our Consumer Panel
Are you interested in reviewing products from Feefo clients before they’re released? Join our consumer test panel, and when your profile matches with a relevant campaign, we’ll let you know. You get to try a new product, and it helps our brands by giving new or existing products a ‘review boost’.

Can Feefo help with my purchase issue?
We collect feedback about your experience independently. We have no control over any aspect of your purchase experience (although we do love to hear about it as it helps businesses make things right). Please contact the business you purchased from directly, and remember that your review will be seen by the company and other customers.
I didn’t opt in, why have I received a review request?
Gathering reviews is considered market research and an essential part of the purchase process, as it allows businesses to gather information on how their customer experience and products are seen. You won’t receive any other contact requests from us and are in control of your information. If you do not want to receive further review requests, you can use the “opt-out” link in the email.
Can I remove my review?
Yes. If you’ve left a review and now want to retract it, don’t panic. You can contact our customer support team by emailing support@feefo.com and they will be happy to help. To make the process as easy as possible, please include the website address of the business you have reviewed, your order number and the email address that the review request was sent to. If you have an issue that the business resolves, you’re able to update your review after that experience.
Does Feefo allow businesses to filter negative reviews?
No, we welcome all feedback. Negative reviews can be extremely valuable as they allow businesses to identify issues and improve their service. We wouldn’t take down a review because it was negative, but we may need to modify or completely remove a review in certain circumstances.
Trust is very important to us and we are always very clear when we have to make a change to a published review. For example, if we had to remove some bad language, we would write ‘bad language removed by Feefo’ next to the amendment. Here are a few of the main reasons that we might be forced to intervene:
- Use of bad language
- Offensive content
- Litigious content
- No relevance (e.g. you’ve reviewed something that is unrelated)
- The review is proven to be false
